Jarvis Court; One Hour with Sockopolis.

Juvenile (the) court was on Jarvis  St. at one time. Had a couple of visits, not too pleasant at the time but life changing for the better. Hookers were always known to be there. Some still are just as students who want to be close to their schools for studies and some others parties or just the cheapest first or affordable apartment or quick available Gay hook up. Would rather rent to a penny pinching female student then a male CEOs second abode.

Cars or Johns are still driving by the hood as it did all of my life. Jarvis St. is where the prostitutes and the cross gendered and/or same sex and not, for rent or sale plied their trade. Still happening, the worlds oldest trade.

Hired there to help save her, the complex of three low rises. Save its architecture and/or the whole building and its unique what is left designs. Well transformed in the past but the ship(s) is/are sinking.

How big is the undercarriage damage we have yet to see/explore?

Trying to get out tenants we do not want there any more, living in unsafe and or unhealthy living conditions. We would like clean available serious female students and quiet people of the real female (sml or petite) gender with fair income. That guy or person(s) above me walks the floors at all times of the night. They squeek. The air conditioners are badly installed, further damaging the structure(s) wood framing, insulation and even foundations.

Our fix it hole will be too small for the projects we may have.

People damaging consciously and not where they dwell or rent. It is not theirs and too many dis-respect what there is. We need a bachelor living cooking/living course.  Possibly a large garage sale as well.

How does one earn trust by telling the truth! I would love to be many a young ladies all that she needs to not only survive a healthy lifestyle but also raise it above a level never expected before.   To tell them that I would be like a father or grand-father or even GodFather to them when needed as well as the greatest close friend and/or lover of their minds, hearts, and bodies as needed as well as being their Master/Teacher/Guide, a Master of Time.  One of the most powerful of all Arts & Science crossing disciplines.

Cuddle them when they fear or are cold or read a passage of some book and of course satisfy our bodily urges but of course always being her choice of yea or nay. We should put all off our available bachelor apartments rents up to $ 799 per month. Take those cage lids off, clean the windows, and possibly rebuilt the mesh at half or one third mass/volume/intensity? So much work. The fence must go on the north property as well. Stop the shit and the bad air there at the new glass fence, air sealed.

Then raise the ship on top of a ten story glass skyscraper.

First we must drain the pool(s)?

Sokopolis, famous or about to be famous people?

I would take good care of the Environmental, the Math one, the Law one, the Artiest, the full timers and the part timers, ones as well. Those from close and those from afar. Always their choice on our time and place off or away from “The Courts”. Keep this pad (230 Oak) to get away from that particular traffic/air. My cupboard used to store thing could have 4 users. Three others and myself, the top shelves divided in four, and the bottom for the, photo costumes stuff. All the same size or two of two sizes? What a wicked/twisted/realistic mind.

No one greedy with my time as studies and community take president.

KingGDerome WannaBee  A normal animal/man always hungry for honey and never have any, let alone touch a root, stem, petal or leaf or smell the natural aromas from up close! Sharing of our laughter would be so nice.

A PetLess place of study, Development.  Leave those four legged devoted security blankets every now and then.

  9. Great post. Can I ask you a question? I want to start a blog as well that is why I was searching on the internet for blogs to use as examples, do you find you have to be perfect in your grammar to have people like what you write? I have been told I write like I speak, so I was wondering if that was a bad thing.
